Close to 200 members of the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association (GOHBA) gathered at the Infinity Convention Centre Wednesday Nov. 12 for the 2019 SAM awards.

“This event recognizes excellence in sales and marketing innovation in the new home and renovation industry,” explains GOHBA’s Erin Bellwood.

“It is important to highlight these achievements of the work our sales and marketing members are doing within the Ottawa community.”

There were four main awards categories – Sales Achievement; Marketing; Homes; and Special Achievement – with 47 sub-categories that ranged from Best Builder Print Ad and Best Town Home under 1,800 sq. ft. to Best Condo Midrise and Best Builder Marketing Campaign. This year, 113 entries were received in 39 sub-categories.

“The event continues to grow, as does the participation,” says Bellwood.
