Geranium Homes recently held its annual community event for residents and owners-in-waiting at The Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point in Stouffville. More than 400 adults and children gathered in the large, central park for a fun-filled afternoon of delicious food, live music, children’s activities, Stouffville Fire Department and a visit by Reptilia. Now in its ninth year, this free event is also the kick-off to Geranium’s annual food drive in support of the Whitchurch-Stouffville Food Bank.

“This annual event is a great way for everyone in the neighbourhood to come together, to enjoy a barbecue lunch and different activities within a few minutes’ walk of their home. For Geranium, it really defines the concept of building community, which we believe transcends the bricks and mortar of a house”, says Stephanie Lane, marketing and sales manager.

Later in October, Geranium will release Vista Flats and Towns, the final phase of this master-planned ravine community. An innovative neighbourhood of condominium one-level flats and two-storey townhomes set atop of an underground parking garage, Vista offers an affordable ownership opportunity for new homebuyers who desire the best of town and country living! Four distinct designs range from 894 to approximately 1,200 sq. ft. and are priced from the low $400’s.
