Edmonton Region Announces 2024 Awards of Excellence in Housing Finalists

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Edmonton Region proudly announces the selection of 320 finalists for the highly anticipated 2024 Awards of Excellence in Housing, presented by Star Mechanical.

Featuring a diverse array of 67 categories spanning Single Family, Multi-Family, Infill, Renovation, Sales Centre, Advertising, Development, Leadership, Environmental, Builders’ Choice, Sales Volume, Salespeople, and Builder/Realtor, this year’s Awards promise to showcase outstanding achievements in the residential construction industry.

Three outstanding builders will be honoured with the prestigious Builder of the Year awards in the small-volume, large-volume, and multi-family categories. These finalists have demonstrated exemplary leadership in design, sales, advertising, and customer satisfaction. A meticulous review process involved the submission of hundreds of entries, with our esteemed panel of judges dedicating numerous hours to select the finalists and winners.

From single and multifamily projects to renovations, community development, sales, advertising, and the invaluable contributions of suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers, the Awards of Excellence provide a platform to showcase the unparalleled talent and innovation of our members across the residential construction industry in the Edmonton Region.”

The winners will be announced on March 16, 2024, at the Opera House-themed Awards of Excellence in Housing Gala at the Edmonton Convention Centre.

CHBA-Edmonton Region is a not-for-profit organization that engages and serves its core membership of builders, renovators, and general members by advocating on behalf of the residential construction industry in pursuit of member success.
