Edmonton Region Announces 2024 Awards of Excellence in Housing Winners

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Edmonton Region is pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Awards of Excellence in Housing, presented by Star Mechanical.

The Awards were presented in 67 individual categories including Single Family, Multi-Family, Infill, Renovation, Sales Centre, Advertising, Development, Leadership, Environmental, Builders’ Choice, Sales Volume, Sales People, and Builder/Realtor.

Awards were also presented for Renovator of the Year, General Member of the Year, and three Builder of the Year categories. The three Builder of the Year awards were presented to the highest scoring builders in the small-volume, large-volume, and multi-family categories. The winners demonstrated leadership in design, sales, advertising, and customer satisfaction.

The winners were announced on March 16, 2024, at the Awards of Excellence in Housing Gala at the Edmonton Convention Centre.

CHBA-Edmonton Region is a not-for-profit organization that engages and serves its core membership of 400 members including builders, renovators, and general members by advocating on behalf of the residential construction industry in pursuit of member success.
