Emerald City milestone groundbreaking marks final block

Block C, the final phase of ELAD Canada’s Emerald City community, and comprised of The Peak, The Point and Lumina, is officially underway. The company held a groundbreaking event on Feb. 14 to mark this significant milestone.
Among those attending were several ELAD Canada executives, including Rafael Lazer, CEO; Netanel Ben-Or, executive vice-president, development and business development; Dror Duchovny, vice-president marketing and business development; and Hanan Amor, director of development and construction. Also present were Bruce Sonnenberg, vice-president and district manager, PCL Construction Canada Inc.; Len Abelman, principal at WZMH Architects, and Barbara Lawlor, president and CEO of Baker Real Estate.
ELAD Canada is now officially beginning construction on all buildings in Block C. In less than one year, the company began selling The Peak (March 2017 launch of 372 units), The Point (July 2017 launch of 279 units) and is now preparing to sell Lumina (254 units).
