First-time homebuyer has much love for Lash

Progressive development firm Lash Group of Companies boasts the tag-line “New Thinking for Over 60 Years.” The sincerity of that sentiment comes to life every time the company opens a new condominium, and every day that an owner moves into a home created by this industry leader. Early childhood education teacher Ryan Williams (pictured) is one of Lash Group’s condo owners. In the spring, this first-time homebuyer moved into his suite at Cloud9 Condominiums in Etobicoke. He is thrilled with both his suite and his decision to buy from Lash Group.

Ryan Williams moved into his suite at Cloud9 Condominiums in Etobicoke this past spring. It's the first home he has owned independently.

“My purchase experience from the pre-construction phase to occupancy and beyond has been amazing,” Ryan says. “I was particularly impressed with my Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI). My mother and brother, who are both condo owners, attended with me. We were all astounded at the customer service I received. I’ve been at friends’ PDIs, and none of them had the kind of positive treatment I enjoyed. Condos are going up quickly in the Greater Toronto Area these days, and service like this is rare.”

Before making his decision to buy, Ryan researched the company and discovered that Lash Group has a proven track record for providing exemplary quality. “They’ve treated me like gold,” he says. “My suite was pretty much immaculate when I moved in, and the customer service team has helped me keep it that way. Anything noted on my 30-day PDI was rectified within a day or two, and the workers always left everything completely clean. Even if I was happy with a repair, if they weren’t happy with it, they came back the next day and corrected it to their high standards. I have never seen this kind of dedication before. Lash Group should be proud of both the level of service it provides and the employees who deliver it.”

A fully integrated real estate development, construction and property management company, Lash Group focuses on building enduring value for owners in residential condominiums, rental residences, and retail or office complexes. The pioneering spirit of the firm’s principals empowers them to lead rather than follow, and innovation is a hallmark of a Lash Group building. Cloud9 is an example.

“The rooftop pool is amazing, and it’s fantastic to have a landscaped barbecue terrace with a kitchen,” Ryan says. He adds that his 514-sq.-ft., one-bedroom suite is so well designed, that, “It gives the feeling of a small house, with great features and finishes.”

Cloud9’s location at Kipling Avenue and Rexdale Boulevard had a major impact on Ryan’s decision, as it is close to transportation and amenities. This is the kind of location Lash Group knows will create lasting value. The company has married landmark architecture with one-of-a-kind addresses such as 66 Portland, 20 Stewart, 777 Steeles, 455 Adelaide West, The Fashion District Lofts, 500 St. Clair and 530 St. Clair. In most cases, Lash Group’s condominiums sell out in the pre-sale phase – a testament to the trust the public has in its integrity.

Lash Group has released ME2, the second tower at the highly successful ME Living – a master-planned community at Markham and Ellesmere, an area which is undergoing an exciting renaissance. ME Living is located minutes to Hwy. 401, the Don Valley Parkway and Scarborough Town Centre. At Bathurst and St. Clair Avenue West, Lash Group of Companies and The Goldman Group offer The Barrington Condos, a luxury condominium overlooking prestigious Forest Hill. In keeping with Lash Group’s commitment to “New Thinking,” The Barrington’s parking facility will feature an Automobile Elevator.

“Would I recommend buying a Lash Group condo? Absolutely yes,” Ryan urges.
