Innisfil couple chooses Radiance for lifestyle

Sam and Lucy Arnone look at everything through the eyes of investors.

In addition to Sam working in sales in the electronics industry, he and Lucy own an investment company.

“We always keep our eyes open as to what’s happening in the market,” Sam says, “and when we saw what DIAM Developments offered at Radiance in Innisfil, we knew we were on to something special. Our townhome purchase is more than a financial investment for us; it is where we intend to live.”

The couple registered early and were among the first to visit the Presentation Centre. “What drew us to Radiance was the uniqueness of their design concept,” he adds. “DIAM’s Radiance big city styling came to a small town, just minutes from Lake Simcoe.”

Innisfil residents for two years, Lucy and Sam previously lived in King Township, and before that, Maple in Vaughan. “As those municipalities grew and we became empty-nesters, we decided to make a lifestyle change to a smaller municipality, like Innisfil. Our two daughters also live in town as well.”

The family’s reasons for moving to Innisfil include the fact that for a short drive north of the GTA, they are immersed in surroundings that are home to micro-farms, a hatchery, aviaries and other natural spaces.

Sam adds, “I can’t remember the last time I couldn’t count the stars because of the light pollution GTA areas experience. Radiance will soon have a GO Station right at our doorstep, and more infrastructure is coming. We have great confidence in this community.”

The Arnone’s purchased the 1,539-sq.-ft. two-bedroom Lustre design townhome with nearly 400 sq. ft. of patio over their garage, plus the ability to add an optional rooftop patio on the upper level. “That really appealed to Lucy and me,” Sam says. “Their designs and rooftop terraces are totally different from anything else we have seen in and around the Simcoe area. Plus, with the open-concept interior, we will have a great space for our family to congregate. Their contemporary styling allows a grand feel on a smaller footprint. The ground level could become another bedroom or family room, so we have flexibility. The minute we saw the layout, we knew it was perfect for us. The standard features are high-quality, and value for the price is incredible.”

The Arnones are also pleased with their purchase experience. “Everyone at DIAM Developments has been very pleasant from start to finish,” Sam says. “We did our research before buying, and knew of the company as a boutique lowrise custom developer in Toronto that paid attention to everything, entering the highrise market. Their trademark attention to detail has transcended to Radiance.”

Looking ahead, Sam says, “Gone are the days when people needed to own a home and a cottage. At Radiance, we’ll enjoy the best of both those worlds.”

As DIAM prepares for the next release, purchasers can learn more by registering at radianceinnisfil.ca or by calling 905.497.6993.
