The Ottawa pre-construction real estate market continues to be one of the busiest in the country. Our advice? Your best bet is to register for the builder’s updates to receive the information in your inbox. Most builders have waiting lists, and that’s where you want to be.

We checked out the advertisements and websites for several of Ottawa’s top builders recently and here’s what we found:

Phoenix Homes

Phoenix Homes has several communities on the go, and the team is busy planning new releases for this coming fall continuing into 2022.

Among the communities that are announcing new lot releases are Diamondview Estates in Carp and the Pathways at Findlay Creek. Register online to start receiving more information as soon as it becomes available.

eQ Homes

One of Ottawa’s most popular homebuilders, eQ Homes will be breaking ground at The Spencer at Greystone condominium community in Old Ottawa East this fall. Until then, pre-construction prices are still in effect at this community so don’t delay.
Smart bachelors, and one- and two-bedroom suites are available and there is a selection of penthouse suites to choose from as well.

Cardel Homes

Always in step with today’s buyers, Cardel is currently building in Stittsville, Carleton Place, Kanata, and Richmond.
Cardel’s sales offices are open by appointment online and the builder is offering the option to buy a home online on pre-selected floorplans on specific lots. According to the builder’s website, any customer can make an offer on a home online (based on availability) with proof of mortgage pre-approval.
