Seigneurie de Mirabel: Up and coming and in full swing

Mirabel is a city in full swing, showing no signs of stopping anytime soon, especially since its home to some of Quebec’s largest companies and employers like Bombardier, Bell Helicopter-Textron, L3-MAS, Messier Dowdy and Hydroserre. Many other large corporations are settling here, giving the area hope for a bright, industrious future, all while staying true to its charming character, and calm and peaceful lifestyle.

The Seigneurie de Mirabel is a growing residential project within the Mirabel area, and it includes many different types of brand new homes. You’ll find two-storey cottages, bungalows and intergenerational homes along the freshly paved roads, with many more to come. The main developer of the Seigneurie is GBD Construction.

The Seigneurie de Mirabel is marketed to be a more upscale development in a privileged area. It is located just off highway 15, which allows for easy access to the Laurentians as well as the Montreal area. It’s also fairly close to Highway 640, which runs through Laval.

The project is surrounded by many large open green spaces including Parc du Domaine Vert, Parc éducatif du bois de Belle-Rivière and several golf courses. A quick five-minute drive will take you to the Premium Outlets Montreal outlet project. This massive outdoor shopping central includes high-end outlet boutiques such as Coach, Michael Kors and Gucci, as well as several other well known shops and restaurants. The Seigneurie de Mirabel is located only minutes from Blainville, which has an AMT commuter train running into Montreal. The Faugbourg Boisbriand, which includes over 200 boutiques and restaurants is also located close by – only a 15-minute drive.

To any cyclist’s delight, the Seigneurie project also allows for quick access to the P'tit Train du Nord bike paths starting in the nearby Saint-Jérôme, which offers over 200 km of biking trails through the scenic Laurentians. It’s the longest linear park in Canada – check that off your bucket list! During the winter, the paths are open to cross-country skiers.

A quick trip to the Seigneurie de Mirabel development and you’ll be sold. The area is chic, with an almost gated-community feel. Development around the area is booming, with other residential projects and many commercial buildings on the rise on the Montée Sainte-Marianne cross street. Don’t wait, a peaceful, charming lifestyle close to all amenities awaits!
