Shane Homes paired homes in Legacy, Calgary

While opened only a few weeks, the latest smart designs of paired homes being offered by Shane Homes are catching on with buyers in the growing southeast community of Legacy.

“The response to our paired homes has been great,” says Sales Associate Amelia McIlmoyle. “We opened three new showhomes in late January and people really love the open concept floorplans and modern feel.”

Buyers are also drawn to the great features available, such as a master bedroom ensuite with walk-in shower, nine-ft. ceiling and laminate on the main floor, second-floor laundry and a rear double-car detached garage and all available starting in the $370,000s.

“One of the most popular models available is the Vista,” McIlmoyle says. “We’re excited to have this showhome because it’s a new model for Shane Homes and the first time it’s being shown, so the unveiling has been here in Legacy and we’re getting a lot of positive comments from people.

“It’s 1,466 sq. ft., but with the open concept floorplan, nine-ft. ceilings and big windows letting in plenty of natural light customers say it feels much larger than the square footage,” she adds. “And, they love Vista’s features such as the kitchen island with breakfast bar seating, his and her walk-in closets in the owner’s suite and the stunning ceramic plank flooring on the main floor.”

Outside, the Vista has a welcoming front veranda, while the inside opens to an inviting front family room with a large window allowing in plenty of natural light and a central dining area providing substantial space for entertaining family and friends.
