Small space entertaining (Video)
April 25, 2015
Here are some great tips for small space entertaining:
Transform your breakfast bar
Hosting a party in small spaces may seem like an impossible task, but one of the greatest advantages to a tight situation is that you can literally cook and serve your snacks and food to guests in the comfort of your kitchen. By transforming your stationary breakfast bar into a buffet, hosts can take advantage of this otherwise unused space while giving guests the options to sit, stand or mingle.
Choose a festive theme colour
When it comes to hosting parties in small spaces, its the details that count. Using matching colours, decorative flowers and bright table runners are subtle yet powerful tools you can use to direct your guests' attention with these decor accessories that emphasize style over space.
Prepare Simple Bites
Feeding guests may prove a tricky task in small spaces, but by using simple deserts hosts can make the best out of cramped quarters. The key to making your dishes stand out is a mixture of great presentation and exceptional taste.
