If you're on the prowl for a mega-mansion, or perhaps a multi-million-dollar vacation home, a new estate located in the Thousand Islands will soon be up for grabs. Located in the Thousand Islands, the home known as Eagle Point, will be auctioned starting at $7.9 million on Aug. 22, according to Platinum Luxury Auctions, an auction firm that specializes in the sale of non-distressed, multi-million-dollar properties.

According to Brad Pruitt, Platinum's director of business development, "This estate is much more than another large, waterfront property. Eagle Point blends Old World elegance with modern technology and amenities, while offering incredible boating accommodations in one of North America's most unique waterfront markets."

The soon-to-be-auctioned estate, located right off of the Saint Lawrence River, includes a 13,975-sq.-ft. main residence as well as a 5,761-sq.-ft. guesthouse. Other features include a snowmelt system, in-floor heating, two-story grand salon, home theater, executive study, two gourmet kitchens, an in-law suite and multiple fireplaces. The main draw, however, is the waterfront. Eagle Point includes 1,600 linear ft. of total water frontage, a concrete dock providing more than 300 ft. of dockage in Bucks Bay, a boathouse, and multiple boatlifts.

The waterfront isn't the only impressive outdoor feature; the area also includes a pool and spa with stone waterfall, two levels of patios, a waterfront fire pit, summer kitchen and cabana shower, and additional land for a tennis court or putting green. While heading up to Thousand Islands may be a bit of a trek for some, don't worry, the estate has it's own private helipad, so you can fly in on the weekends!
