Some purchasers are opting to add upgrades such as a Miele built-in coffee machine and contour microwave, heated tile areas, a custom A/V package and customized closets.

Sizes for the one- to two-bedroom plus den plus terrace layouts range from 533 to 2,110 sq. ft., and prices begin from the $400s.
