Tridel kicks off awards season with multiple honours

Its awards season in the home building industry, and once again Tridel is the toast of the town.

The 38th BILD Awards were held recently at a gala event to honour the GTA’s very best in real estate construction, design, marketing and sales. Tridel, among the country’s foremost condominium developers, was awarded the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Green Builder of the Year (Mid/Highrise) – for the third year in a row.

“We were thrilled to be recognized, yet again, for our commitment to environmentally responsible building,” says Jim Ritchie, executive vice-president, sales and marketing at Tridel. “As leaders in the industry, it is incumbent upon us to consider the well-being of future generations while we continue to successfully meet the needs of today’s communities.”

These successes were also celebrated at the Homeowners’ Choice Awards on May 1, when Tridel was named the recipient of the 2018 Ernest Assaly Award, presented by Tarion Warranty Corp. The award honours the Ontario builder that best demonstrates a longstanding commitment to building quality and innovation, customer service and community involvement.

“With an eye to the future, and an ear to the ground, Tridel has consistently met the needs of the communities in which we build,” says Ritchie. “We are honoured to have received such prestigious awards.”

In addition to these honours, Tridel received the BILD Awards for Best Luxury Suite Design and Best Design Team, and shared the award for Best Print Ad with The Brand Factory.
