Waterfront condo on the New Horizon in Burlington

The waterfront condo community in Southwestern Ontario is getting another boost, as New Horizon Development Group recently acquired Bridgewater Residences on the Lake, two luxurious condominium buildings and a four-star hotel, initially launched under the Mady Development Group banner.
New Horizon Development Group’s aim is to have Bridgewater Residences set the mark for luxury condominium properties in Burlington. “Throughout Southwestern Ontario, there is only a limited supply of waterfront condominiums with unobstructed views of Lake Ontario,” says New Horizon President Jeff Paikin. “To be able to offer this level of world-class elegance on such a pristine piece of land is a game changer for both our company and the city of Burlington.”
Paikin’s interest in the waterfront condo project came organically, as he and his wife were among the first purchasers at the development, before there was any indication that Mady Development Group was looking to sell.

Bridgewater Residences will feature two residential condominium buildings, comprising 120 condo units between the two towers, retail space at the ground level, plus what will be the city’s first four-star, full-service hotel. The new Delta hotel will offer 152 guest rooms and suites, approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of conference space, including a 3,000-sq.-ft. main ballroom and combination of executive boardroom-style meeting rooms, a full-service restaurant and lounge, an indoor pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. All of the hotel amenities will be available to condo purchasers, including room service and maid service.
The development will boast interiors courtesy of one of Canada’s most celebrated interior designers, Brian Gluckstein, who has incorporated his high-style line of home furnishings and finishes to ensure the inside of each suite, as well as the luxurious amenity spaces, offer a calm elegance indicative of the projects prestige and prominence.
