If townhomes really are becoming the new single-detached homes, as Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. told New Home & Condo Guide recently, GTA new-home buyers have a number of good options to choose from. From Pickering to Oakville, freehold to condo ownership, here's a selection of eight townhome communities worth a look.
Main Street Seaton
