A variety of homes at Maple Crest in Edmonton

Many people gathered to enjoy a block party at Maple Crest on Sat., June 2, 2018. The sun was shining on the nine master-crafted show homes perfectly situated at the corner of Maple Way and 42 Avenue in southeast Edmonton.
More than 500 people joined in on the festivities, which included barbecued hot dogs; a sampling of samosas, pakoras and spring rolls from the New Asian Village Tamarack; and tasty ice-cream treats. Kids were entertained by a bouncy castle as well as face painting and airbrush tattoos. Creative balloon designs were seen everywhere on both the young and young at heart. As with every good block party, music filtering through the air enticed little ones to showcase their dance moves.
The block party featured three attached front garage show homes by Bedrock Homes, Crystal Creek Homes and Coventry Homes, a duplex show home by Look Homes, rear-laned single family homes by Landmark Homes, and Homes By Avi street townhomes. These are homes designed to meet everyone’s lifestyle choices in a Dream community with so much to offer. This magnificent family neighbourhood is situated on 300 acres with more than 25 per cent of its land dedicated to natural reserves, parks, playgrounds, ravine woodlands and tree-lined pathways.
Maple Crest also showcased six duplex show homes by Bedrock Homes, Coventry Homes and Landmark Homes opposite the tot park. Golf cart tours were available to shuttle those who were interested in visiting the show homes or the community’s tot park and playground.
