Replacing the former Little Italy, Bridgeland has established itself as a busy foodie hub with several credible restaurants that have planted firm roots in the community. Whether it's ramen or a steak tartare, all kinds of flavours can be found in Bridgeland.

Popular hotspots:

  • Blue Star Diner: This community favourite focuses on buying local and organic. Stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner and of course the Blue Star Diner burger. Vegan options are also available.
  • LDV Pizza Bar: Authentic Italian cuisine that's always delicious never fails to satisfy the Bridgeland community. Try the fried mozzarella along with homemade meatballs.
  • Black Pig Bistro: Black Pig Bistro's menu is built for you to try all three courses. With options like steak tartare, pork dogs and pumpkin sticky toffee pudding, you may have to order an extra course.
  • Shiki Menya: If you're looking for excellent ramen with a cold beer then this should be your first stop on your foodie journey of Calgary. Noodles are made from scratch each day, making their quantity limited.
