When it comes to real estate, Beyonce and Jay Z have had a busy year. First they were pining over an $85-million mansion, which they lost to Minecraft creator, Markus Persson. Then, they snagged a new piece of real estate for $150,000 a month. A few months later, they were informed that the house was sold and that they had 60 days to vacate the property. So, their hunt for a rental ensued. Luckily, the pair have found a new, equally luxurious – and expensive – home in Holmby Hills for $150,000 a month.

The home once belonged to former Dodger owners, Frank and Jamie McCourt, who purchased the estate in 2004 for $21.5 million. After the divorce, Jamie sold the home years later to a British billionaire for $45 million. The purchase, however, turned out to be somewhat frivolous as the billionaire never actually spends time in LA. But, instead of selling it, the estate was put on the rental market.

The 20,637-sq.-ft. home comes with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an outdoor pool as well as a Olympic-sized indoor pool with a spa, steam and massage room. It also features a screening room, dance studio and atrium.
