Entering the Arbor II, you’re immediately greeted by one of those fabulous design touches as a black subway tile feature wall highlights the foyer. A half-wall acts as a subtle separation from the spacious front family room and the foyer, which is made bright by a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The thick carpet in this room helps define the space while adding contrast to the gorgeous weathered-wood-look laminate floor that runs throughout the rest of the main floor.
The central dining nook can accommodate a large gathering, while the kitchen with its island and breakfast bar is great for entertaining. The kitchen also serves up a handy pantry and soft grey cabinets that complement the white granite countertops and the black subway style backsplash, which matches the tile in the foyer.
