Celebrity homes for sale: Depp, Pink and Perry

Three more celebrity homes have recently hit the market and as usual these multi-million-dollar mansions are envy-inducing. Here's an inside look at celebrity homes for sale including Johnny Depp's French village, Pink's Malibu mansion and Tyler Perry's astonishing Atlanta residence.

Johnny Depp's French village

Selling price: $25.76 million

Why settle for a mansion when you can own an entire village? Back in 2001, Johnny Depp purchased this French village located 17 miles north of St. Tropez. Of course with 37 acres of land you can expect a whole lot of amenties; the french village includes vineyards, olive trees, two pools, a skateboard park, fountains, a main house along with several guest cottages, a chapel and a bar and restaurant. Staying true to his iconic Jack Sparrow character, there is also pirate-themed wine cellar.

Depp decorated every building himself and the majority of the items are included with the sale. Not a bad deal for a die-hard Depp fan!

Tyler Perry's Atlanta estate

Selling price: $25 million

When your films gross hundreds of millions at the box office and break a couple of records along the way, chances are you'll have enough income to live in a multi-million-dollar mansion like this. Over the years Perry has used his income, which is between $100 million to $150 million annually, to dabble in real estate, buying and selling properties across America. His latest home on the market is this Atlanta mansion located in the prestigious Buckhead community, selling for $25 million. His next venture? To build another home, only this time in rural Atlanta.

The 34,688-sq.-ft. home sits on 17 acres of land and overlooks the Chattahoochee River. The mansion has housed some pretty famous guests including Oprah Winfrey and President Barack Obama. Some defining features of the seven-bedroom, fourteen-bathroom home include a gym, theatre and underground ballroom. The home exterior comprises of a resort-style infinity-edge swimming pool and lighted tennis court.

Pink's Malibu mansion

Selling price: $13.995 million

After five years, Pink has decided to list her Malibu home for just under $14 million. The sprawling estate exudes calmness with its interior stonework, hardwood flooring and beautiful greenery. In addition to views of the Pacific ocean, the home also offers private beach access and "coveted keys to Little Dume Beach," a scenic beach area that can only be accessed via a gated private path that only nearby residents have a key to. Other features of the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home include a large pool, grotto spa, koi pond and fountain.
