Dundas Square Gardens officially breaks ground

The Easton Group recently hosted the groundbreaking of one of Toronto's most highly anticipated buildings, Dundas Square Gardens. The event was not only a celebration of the two-tower condominium, but the Jarvis and Dundas neighbourhood as a whole.

With it's prime location, stunning architecture and design, buyers have flocked to the condominium. So much so, that the development has earned the title of the fastest-selling condominium project in Toronto.

Dundas Square Gardens is located on the northeast corner of Jarvis and Dundas. The project consists of one 47-storey tower as well as a boutique-style 17-storey tower. Some of the most highly anticipated features include a BBQ area, lounge and entertainment areas, outdoor secluded seating sanctuaries and even meandering paths to walk your pet. The most impressive highlight, however, is the 16,000 sq. ft. (a third of an acre) of five landscaped rooftop gardens and terraces, each located on different levels of the project.

Residents will have access to a wide array of public transit options, and will also be in close proximity to shopping along Yonge, Yonge and Dundas Square, as well as the Toronto Eaton Centre. Furthermore, it's also minutes away from Allan Gardens and Ryerson University.

The current site of the project, Hilton Garden Inn Toronto City Centre, will be demolished in December 2015, and the full construction of Dundas Square Gardens will begin in early 2016.
