Edmonton buyers, knock $250K off your price. Here's how

Edmonton buyers – here’s your chance to knock $250,000 – yes, $250,000 – off the purchase price of your new home.

For one lucky homebuyer at Crystal Creek Homes’ Allard community in Edmonton’s southwest, this dream could become reality.

Crystal Creek has 20 homes for sale as part its “Live Big to Win Big” contest, meaning buyers’ chances of winning are one in 20.

Why would any builder offer such an incentive?

“This is a celebration for Crystal Creek Homes, as we entered the Edmonton market in 2013 when we acquired Greenboro Homes, and our Allard homes are the last lots under that purchase,” says Justin Bobier, president of Crystal Creek Homes. “We wanted to do something big to mark this occasion.

“We understand this is over and above any other promotion that has been done in the home building industry, but for Crystal Creek Homes, giving $250,000 to one a purchaser in Allard is a great way for us to show our appreciation to our buyers.”

To enter, all you have to do is buy one of Crystal Creek’s “Quick Possession” homes in Allard by the end of 2015.

All the homes are single-family, front-attached garage homes with double or triple garages, standard lots and walkouts, and range from 2,100 to 2,400 sq. ft. Homes start in the $590,000s.

“Our homes have a very high-end finish that reflect the value of the Allard community,” Bobier says.

The draw will take place in early 2016, but all of the special “Live Big to Win Big” homes are available for immediate possession by Dec. 25.
