Empire Communities release new homes at Imagine

On Saturday, Sept. 19 at 11 a.m., Empire Communities will launch the next phase of all new homes consisting of 27-, 34- and 42-ft. designs, at its successful Imagine master-planned community in Niagara. Guests will have the chance to tour the four new model homes and visit the new sales office located at 7551 Goldenrod Trail.

The 27-ft. homes are priced from $259,990; 34-ft. from $309,990; and 42-ft. designs from $379,990. All of the homes at Imagine are built with real brick and stone in a traditional design. The architectural styles are stunning and every design features spacious floorplans. In addition, as part of Empire’s commitment to sustainability, every home in Imagine is built to Energy Star standards.
