On Saturday, Sept. 19 at 11 a.m., Empire Communities will launch the next phase of all new homes consisting of 27-, 34- and 42-ft. designs, at its successful Imagine master-planned community in Niagara. Guests will have the chance to tour the four new model homes and visit the new sales office located at 7551 Goldenrod Trail.

“We’re thrilled that the Niagara community and Imagine purchasers have welcomed Empire with open arms,” says Paul A. Golini Jr., co-founder and executive vice-president, industry relations. “The success we’ve seen here is not only a testament to the trust that purchasers have in Empire, but that they strongly believe in the future of Imagine.”

Located off the QEW and just south of McLeod Road, Imagine is a fully master-planned community surrounded by beautiful trails, vineyards and luscious greenery with all of the conveniences of the city within reach. The Imagine community is characterized by its country lifestyle amenities, including a community gazebo, trails for leisurely walks or bike rides, an amphitheatre for local attractions, large fields and a playground for kids to play, parks for picnics and the local pond for taking in the sights. In the winter, Imagine homeowners can lace up their skates for ice skating or hockey on the local ice rink.

Though Imagine is located in its own lush, nature-rich setting, the master-planned community is close to all that the dynamic Niagara region offers. “Niagara really offers something for everyone, whether you’re young and single, a growing family, or enjoying the golden years of your life,” says Golini. Niagara is renowned for its arts, culture and entertainment. Young families will enjoy endless fun on Lundy’s Lane with museums, fun houses and arcades. Culture enthusiasts will be drawn to the art galleries and the Shaw Festival for live theatre. Foodies can savour international fare at gourmet restaurants and tour the wine region. For those who never tire of shopping, there are specialty stores, quaint antique shops and fashion outlets all beckoning.

The new Imagine home designs are available on a wide range of lots sizes from 27- to 34- and an expansive 42-ft. Guests to the new Imagine sales office will have the opportunity to imagine life in a new home while perusing through the four new model homes. The 27-ft. homes are priced from $259,990; 34-ft. from $309,990; and 42-ft. designs from $379,990. All of the homes at Imagine are built with real brick and stone in a traditional design. The architectural styles are stunning and every design features spacious floorplans. In addition, as part of Empire’s commitment to sustainability, every home in Imagine is built to Energy Star standards.

This year, Empire was approached by the Mike Holmes team to join their exclusive Holmes Approved Homes program and collaborated with them to reinforce Empire’s high level of home building standards across all of their lowrise communities. Empire is one Canada’s largest integrated master-planned community home builders in Ontario. Empire has built more than 10,000 beautiful new homes and condos across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA and is also one of the only home builders to offer Energy Star certification as a standard for all its single-family homes. Empire has received nearly 100 domestic and international awards for design, marketing, sales excellence and commitment to creating energy-efficient homes, including the Green Builder of the Year Award from both the HHHBA and BILD.
