Welcome to eQuinelle, a 450-acre master-planned community launched 10 years ago by eQ Homes in the charming town of Kemptville. Every new home built at eQuinelle comes with smart home technology including a Lutron system with three programmable and dimmable lights and a NEST thermostat, all of which can be controlled manually or through an app on a smart phone. You can adjust the lights or temperature from anywhere, even while away on vacation.

Dim the lights from the couch, turn on the lights before heading home after dark, or make it seem like someone is home while you’re away. The NEST system will even remember your preferences and adjust the temperature automatically, saving you money on heating and cooling bills. Two upgrade packages are available, with optional garage controls, front door smart lock, and automatic window blinds.
