Goop MRKT makes its debut in Toronto

If you follow GP on IG, never miss a goop newsletter and wax lyrical about non-toxic skin care, you, my meditating friend, are a bonafide “goopie,” and I have some news for you. goop MRKT will be launching a 1,300-sq.-ft. pop-up store inside the posh Hazelton Hotel in Yorkville. From June 7 to Sept. 22, you can shop and admire the lifestyle brand’s carefully curated collection of home, fashion, beauty, wellness and speciality items. To bring this pop-up to fruition, goop chose international design firm Yabu Pushelberg. With offices in Toronto and New York, this firm has worked with the crème-de-la-crème, including Tiffany & Co., and Paris’ Printemps.
“Creating the right tone for the pop-up has been an interesting process, a coming together of the psyche of what Toronto is all about with the strong personality of the goop brand,” says George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg. With an emphasis on The 6ix, along with goop’s windfall branding, this pop-up is sure to be a top shopping destination this summer.
