Homes by Avi’s Jefferson emphasizes the value of options

Show homes have been one of the most effective tools for homebuilders, allowing them to showcase their skill and craftsmanship in ways that their customers can appreciate. Homes by Avi, which has earned the trust of the market in over 40 years in the business, can afford to do things a little differently.

Although their show homes continue to set the standard in style and design, Homes by Avi is also getting a reputation for selling their feature models sans show homes. Their newest feature model, Jefferson, sets out to prove this once again.

The 2,343-square-foot, front-drive-garage Jefferson comes with a ton of options, including two alternative layouts for an optional basement development.
Best of all, the Jefferson – like all its feature home models – teaches potential buyers that homeownership is attainable, says Homes by Avi communications specialist, Kim Trim.

“Starting at $429,900 with options galore and all the spaciousness allowed in a 24-foot lot, the Jefferson has amazing value. Whether buyers are looking to move up to a single-family home, or purchase a home for their family, the Jefferson is unbeatable value with options for every family situation,” she adds.

Trim is confident that the Jefferson will be a hit, even with no spec homes or show home. It isn’t the first time that Homes by Avi has struck gold in this manner, and just goes to show the tremendous trust and goodwill the builder has amassed among its buyers in the more than four decades it has been in the business.

“We’ve had success in the past with our feature homes with no specs/show homes, so we’ll continue on,” Trim says. Homes by Avi introduced its first feature home, the Gabriel, in 2018 for the builder’s 40th anniversary. “Since then, we’ve introduced the Luka and Alexander – models that are available in duplex or single family models,” she adds. All have succeeded without the use of show homes.

 

 

The method is simple; load the home with options that appeal to buyers that make them feel the home is their own. The Jefferson continues this tradition.

“Need a fourth or fifth bedroom? No problem. The Jefferson feature home has various floorplan options – side entry, double kitchen islands, back deck, or a main floor study – to make the home perfect for each buyer,” Trim says. “Seriously, this home is so option-heavy that any buyer will be pleased!”

Its standard features are nothing to sneeze at either. It comes with a stunning kitchen with walk-through pantry for added convenience, a large master retreat with a beautiful ensuite and walk-in closet, a central upper floor bonus room that conveniently separates the master bedroom from the children’s rooms. All three bedrooms upstairs come with a walk-in closet, as well, for added functionality. It also has an upper floor laundry and two-and-a-half baths.

“It’s a lovely home, however, I think it’s the value,” Trim says. “The standards are great, and will make any owner proud.”

The Jefferson suits the needs of today’s families perfectly, she says. “The Jefferson will appeal to young families looking to expand their space, and have a home that can grow with them,” Trim points out.

Homes by Avi offers the Jefferson in Calgary’s southeast communities of Walden and Belmont; in Livingston and Savanna in the northeast; in Airdrie’s King’s Heights; and in the Cochrane community of Sunset Ridge. It starts at $429,900 in Cochrane.

“Since it’s a feature home, it won’t be around forever, and because lots are limited, buyers looking for more space at an incredible value should not wait to purchase,” she adds.
