As for the commercial space on the ground floor, the developer would like to keep the space for professionals. “I want to keep it quiet for the residential clients. Banks, veterinarian offices would be welcome,” says Gidaro.
Développements Magi has been in business for eight years, having built many residential projects in the Montreal area and on the South Shore. The company is run completely by Amato, who prides himself on his family business and his personalized service. “My parents are accountants, they run the books here. I run everything else. I meet all of the clients, I’m really client-focused,” he says.
Développements Magi is now offering great value and specials for their new Grand Boulevard Condos. Five appliances are included, and the developer will front the notary fees. Buyers will also receive $10,000 at signing.
