Plus, there’s the Grandview Aquatic Centre and the Semiahmoo Trail, and it’s only a short drive to the White Rock Promenade or Crescent Beach.”

Imperial is proudly built by T.M. Crest Homes, a family-owned company with over 30 years of history building in the Lower Mainland. And that’s just the beginning. Looking ahead, the company has three more communities coming soon to Abbotsford, one of the province’s fastest growing urban hubs.

In recent times, a number of high-end restaurateurs have chosen to relocate in Abbotsford, and we anticipate attracting even more to Clayburn. It’s exciting times for sure.”
