Calgary’s first “farm-to-table” community opens its doors with the introduction of seven new showhomes that exemplify modern countryfied living in southeast Calgary.

Section23 Developments officially launches Rangeview, a brand new 322- acre community with new front-drive garage and laned show homes by Baywest Homes, Homes by Avi and Jayman BUILT.

Buzz builds for Sage Walk

Two new Chestermere communities

The lake town of Chestermere is certainly enjoying a growth spurt this year, as two new communities are opening in this city just east of Calgary.

South Shore at Chestermere broke ground in the summer, developed jointly by Edgewater Communities and General Development Services (GDS), it is on the last available shores of Chestermere Lake. It is comprised of 77.5 gross acres interlaces with pathways, playgrounds and shoreline. It brings together brings together a premium and award-winning group of builders: Crystal Creek Homes, Prominent Homes, Madison Avenue Group, Green Cedar Homes, and Avalon Master Builder. Taza’s latest village breaks ground

Taza, the first commercial centre at the heart of the Tsuut’ina Nation, broke ground on the next village and announces the next round of anchor tenants at its Taza Park - Metro Ford and Big 4 Motors. Both car dealerships are excited to be moving forward together in this step towards reconciliation and economic prosperity for the Nation.

Taza Park encompasses 530 acres with a planned dynamic mixed-use community of retail, office and residential, including recreation and entertainment destinations.
