What's Happening

Calgary’s first “farm-to-table” community opens its doors with the introduction of seven new showhomes that exemplify modern countryfied living in southeast Calgary.

Section23 Developments officially launches Rangeview, a brand new 322- acre community with new front-drive garage and laned show homes by Baywest Homes, Homes by Avi and Jayman BUILT.

Designed to nourish and inspire authentic living through food celebration., Rangeview will be the first community in Alberta to introduce ‘Agricultural Urbanism’, which is the practice of integrating local food systems in the design and programming of neighbourhoods and communities.

“My father had one motto for his life,” says Robert Ollerenshaw, Section23’s Founder and Executive Chairman. “He said, ‘Be sure to take care of the land, and the land will take care of you’. This philosophy continues to resonate with me today.

The showhomes are along Rangeview Blvd, S.E. Visit rangeviewyyc.com for more.
