Legacy Gate condos by Carlisle Group in Westcreek Developments’ SE community of Legacy isn’t your traditional sales centre – it’s a gorgeous finished suite for sale. The limited time offer of free air conditioning and the number of fully complete condominium homes ready for immediate possession with price reductions of up to $37,000 are other cool features. “We have seven well laid-out floorplans,” says Carlisle sales rep Anna Franciotti, “with beautiful show suites to match.” Most units are two-bedroom or two-bedroom-plus-den, but there’s still a couple of three-bedroom, two-bathroom suites available. Condos range in size from 729 to 1,025 sq.-ft. and are suitable for families. “It really feels like the main floor of a house. Holland Park

Homebuyers searching in Calgary’s deep south have plenty of options, and one of the best is Excel Homes’ Holland Park townhome development in Walden. “All of our homes are just under 1,200 sq.-ft.,” says area sales manager Grant Aberdeen. “They all have a full double garage and they’re all under $300,000.” Construction is currently underway on the first three buildings, with a final total of 133 homes when complete. Two different two-bedroom, two-bathroom models are available in this phase, with the show home demonstrating the kind of finishings owners can expect, including standards like quartz countertops, laminate and ceramic tile floors – all efficiently designed into a unique multi-level floorplan. “What you see is what you get,” says Aberdeen.

Arbour Lake West

Hopewell Residential recently announced the approval of its 43-acre Arbour Lake West, NW Calgary’s newest lake community. Just minutes from Arbour Lake, Crowfoot Crossing and Crowfoot LRT, it’s the quadrant’s first new lake community development in nearly two decades. “Arbour Lake West completes the Arbour Lake community that’s been 30-plus years in the making,” says Brett Friesen, Hopewell vice-president, Development and Multi-Family. The Hopewell-exclusive development at full build-out will have 139 front-garage homes, more than 650 condos and spacious attached-garage townhomes. Condos will start in the low $200,000s, with onsite amenities including a fitness centre and rooftop patio, plus a wide range of floorplans, parking, storage, and finishings. Townhomes start from the $450,000s, and front-garage homes from the $600,000s. Arbour Lake West includes approximately four acres of public park space, additional pathway connections, and retains an existing wetland, vegetation and lake access. Sales centre to open on-site in fall 2019, with show suites ready shortly thereafter.
