Shane Homes offers rare opportunity in Hamptons

Shane Homes gets to flex its considerable custom home design prowess in The Enclave at The Hamptons community, as its Fairway show home impresses.

The Enclave represents the first opportunity in almost three decades to build a new home at the prestigious Hamptons Golf Club in the northwest, and Shane Homes made the best of the opportunity with this grand and luxuriously stylish 3,088 square-foot show home.

The Fairway was made to wow with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths and glamourous features that bring a modern take on the traditional family home. The 10-foot main floor ceiling and eight-foot interior doors combine with the oversized windows to bring a sunny, upscale vitality to the home. The custom deluxe kitchen, the vaulted family room with exposed beams are just some of the highlights of the home one would love to shelter in place in.

There are only 27 lots left of the 56 total in this final phase of the Enclave. Visit them at 310 Hamptons Dr. N.W. or go to Shanehomes.com/Hamptons for more information.
