Seed N Salt will be located along University Avenue on Retail Main Street, directly north of Central Block which is already home to Village Ice Cream, Plantlife Cannabis and The Hearing Loss Clinic. The restaurant café is anticipated to open in the summer/fall of 2024.

Southpaw Landing

Southbow Landing, Cochrane’s next great community

Qualico Communities Calgary is excited to announce the purchase of Southbow Landing, a future community in Cochrane, Alberta.

Located just east of Highway 22, on the south edge of Cochrane, Southbow Landing will be Qualico’s second residential development in this town just west of Calgary after Rivercrest, which it jointly develops with Slokker Developments.
Southbow, however, will be its biggest. At 545 acres, this master- planned community will include three future school sites, over five kilometres of pathways, four parks, and extensive environmental reserve areas. Its central commercial area will be the largest on the south side of Cochrane providing additional amenities for future homeowners and existing Cochrane residents.

“Qualico Communities is very excited to be starting development of this amazing land in Cochrane,” says Emily Smith, Manager of Marketing and Customer Care with Qualico Communities. “Southbow Landing is the ideal location for those who, in the near future, are looking to make a change in Cochrane or looking to make Cochrane home.”
The community will also have easy access to Highway 22 for those who love the mountains and outdoor adventures to the west.
