A Leaside locale

Gairloch Developments, in partnership with Harlo Capital, is launching Leaside Common, a new midrise development located in the highly coveted community of Leaside, steps from the brand-new Bayview-Eglinton LRT. Making a bold statement using masonry design that invokes grandeur, the project spans 103 metres and is nine storeys high. It features 198 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouse suites. Ten townhomes are also planned.

Just a few suites left at iconic SkyTower project

According to a social post from Pinnacle International Realty Group, there are only a handful of suites left at SkyTower, the much-anticipated 95-storey condominium at Pinnacle One Yonge.

On top of the convenient location, residents of this iconic tower will have access to thoughtful amenities, such as an outdoor children’s play area, a dog run with washing station, walking track with fitness stations, barbecue areas, and party rooms for hosting private events.

Just steps from Lake Ontario and Harbourfront, the financial district and entertainment area of downtown Toronto are also within walking distance.

For quick getaways, Billy Bishop Airport and Lester B. Pearson International Airport are within easy reach.

Developer amplifies its family-centred approach

Located steps from the Yonge and Finch subway, Aoyuan International’s M2M community is poised to become a family favourite.

Building on the success of M2M Phase I, M2M Squared’s family-oriented unit mix will include efficient suite designs with almost double the amount of two-bedroom (and up) units compared to most GTA projects.

In addition, the amenity program at M2M Squared offers a range of indoor and outdoor recreational spaces to accommodate residents of different ages. Indoor amenities include a fitness centre, yoga and dance studio, a hobby room, children’s playroom, two co-working lounges with rooms for video calls and meetings, multipurpose entertainment lounge, games room and party lounges. Indoor spaces flow seamlessly into outdoor recreational spaces which include an adult lap swimming pool and shallow wading pool with playful pebble seating, shaded lounge and barbecue areas, as well as a putting green, bocce ball court and outdoor yoga deck and gym with built-in fitness equipment.

Narrative condominiums coming soon

The location of this sign for The Narrative Rouge River Condominiums will eventually be the location of a new community on Kingston Road.

Located just east of Port Union Road, next to the Rouge National Urban Park, Crown Communities’ official website for The Narrative states that prices will start from the $300,000s and the site offers a balance of nearby greenspace, a diverse and welcoming community and easy access to Hwy. 401.
