Old Montreal hosts Igloofest 2015

As the hosts of the ninth edition of Igloofest, Old Montreal knows how to make the best of their winter wonderland. Igloofest 2015 will be taking place in the Old Port of Montreal on the Jacques-Cartier Quay. The outdoor dance party spanning over four weekends attracts party-goers from all over the city.During this time, the Old Port is transformed into what is known as the “Igloo Village” with impressive outdoor staging and ice decor.Igloofest 2015The festivities are happening every Friday through Sunday until Feb. 8th. With only two weekends left, it’s not too late to catch performances by headlining artists like techno kingpin John Digweed on Jan. 30th and tech-house pioneer Dubfire on Feb. 6th.Of course it wouldn’t be a Montreal party without some Montreal blood, such as New City Gas resident DJ Paskal Daze and other 514 tastemakers like Ella Grave and Santoz.The only catch is if you want to stay warm you have to dance!Click here to learn how to purchase tickets.
