Precedence fulfills Riversong’s promise

The Jayman BUILT group as a whole has always been a big believer in Cochrane’s growth. It has, at one time or another, had a representation of all its products in this thriving western heritage town and has invested over $70 million in homes and land businesses here over the past few years.

It also has easy access to Calgary or the mountains through the Cowboy Trail (Highway 22) that is right outside its main entrance. The opening of the new Jack Tennant Bridge nearby also gives residents quick access to downtown Cochrane and Highway 1A. New commercial centres as you enter the community on James Walker Trail gives residents easy recourse for necessities.
