Shane Homes opens new paired showhomes in Pine Creek

Smart design, modern features, and affordability are all combined to create the distinct mix of paired homes offered by Shane Homes in the newly launched southeast community of Pine Creek.

Shane Homes opened two new showhomes on Aug. 10 – the 1,631-sq.-ft. Vista III and the 1,553-sq.-ft. Eden III. “They’re already making a great impression with homebuyers,” says area manager Erin Jorgensen.

“People love that all four models are 20-ft. wide – the widest paired home models in Pine Creek. When customers walk into our homes, the comments we hear are that they feel so spacious, much bigger than their square footage, and that there is no wasted space,” she says.

“People love the central kitchen in the Eden III with its huge island, also great for entertaining as it allows for the conversation to flow from the front great room and the rear dining area,” Jorgensen says. “They love the open concept.”

The master bedroom is an inviting space with a spacious walk-in closet and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Side-by-side laundry closet, generously sized secondary bedrooms, and a full bathroom complete the second floor of this home.

There are 18 paired homes in this first phase, presenting modern farmhouse style architecture with full-width welcoming verandas, stone detailing along with low-maintenance vinyl siding. Buyers also receive a $1,000 landscaping certificate, and have the option to build a rear garage or developed basement suit.
