There's so much to love about living here – and it's quite charming to find that our city streets and parks love us back! So we've plotted a path to a few of British Columbia's streets and parks that conjure up heartwarming visions of love… Okay, maybe that's too cheesy, but you get the idea!Valentines-Day-Calgary-Featured-640x3901) Chesterfield Street in North Vancouver. Doesn't that take you back to those kissing sessions on the "chesterfield" back in high school? That's was pretty romantic wasn't it?inset - Antique_Valentine_1909_01 romantic spots2) Valentine Street, South Vancouver. Before you start thinking how sweet our forefathers were to name a street Valentine … sorry! It was named after its owner, Henry Valentine Edmonds (1837-97). It has since been renamed Prince Albert.3) Rose Street, Vancouver. The street was first listed in the 1913 city directory. Roses are an everlasting symbol of love.4) What says love more than sharing a bottle of fine wine with your beloved? Well, what about sharing a good vintage at Brandywine Falls: Besides being a spectacular 70 metre waterfall roughly 47 km north of Squamish, it is also home to Daisy Lake.//www.flickr.com/photos/antonystanley/204078675" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">photo: Antony Stanley" />5) Located east of Chilliwack is Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park."Veil" is part of the moniker because it tumbles 60 metres over a smooth rock face, creating a “veil-like” effect. The view itself is quite romantic.
