The Mark 101 by Shane Multi-Family in Sage Hill

Taking a page from the decades of success as a single-family home builder, Shane Multi-Family, a division of Shane Homes, is making its ‘Mark’ in Sage Hill with its first condo project, The Mark 101.

The award-winning floorplans available at The Mark 101 provide the same great features, quality and design that buyers have come to appreciate in Shane’s single-family homes, resulting in the first of three buildings at The Mark 101 being almost sold out with only four, two-bedroom quick-possession units remaining.

“People are really impressed when they come to Mark 101 because of the quality construction and the unique designs that are definitely not a cookie-cutter,” says area manager Dianne Bidinost.

In fact, the innovative designs earned Shane Multi-Family three awards for best new designs and the title of Multi-Family Builder of the Year at the spring 2018 BILD Calgary Region Awards Gala.

The Mark 101 offers a collection of 206 architecturally inspired apartment-style condominiums in three, four-storey buildings.

With the first building completed and almost sold out, the second building is wowing buyers with its three fabulous show suites including the B2B, a 610-sq.-ft. one-bedroom plan; the A1-B, an 865-sq.-ft. design with two-bed/two-bathrooms; and the A2-B, a 910-sq.-ft. two-bed/two-bathroom plan.

“When customers visit the show suites, they love the number of single-family home features and finishes that are included in our floorplans, such as the large kitchens with island/table options and tons of cabinetry, as well as the ensuites with dual vanities,” Bidinost says.

Among the coveted features are nine-ft. ceilings on every floor, which allows for six-ft.-high casement/crank windows with transoms above, over-sized decks with gas lines, and kitchens with versatile island/table options, granite or quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, real maple shaker-style or MDF cabinets, and full-height tile backsplash. All of the suites come with luxury vinyl plank flooring, two-inch blinds, as well as a private laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and tons of storage. The Mark 101 also offers underground heated parking, a secure storage facility and two bicycle storage rooms.

“Besides our high-quality features, customers love our prime location,” Bidinost says, noting Sage Hill offers great amenities such as parks, playgrounds, pathways and a naturalized pond, along with a variety of shops within walking distance including a Walmart Supercentre,Loblaw’s City Market, services and restaurants. Additional shopping is available only a short drive away at Beacon Hill and Nolan Hill. The Mark 101 is also conveniently located minutes from Stoney Trail and 15 minutes from the airport.

Currently, buyers of the four remaining suites in the first building can take advantage of up to $33,000 in savings, while buyers in the second building can enjoy significant savings to kick off the new year. As well, several suites in building two are finished and offer an incredible variety of fabulous features along with quick possessions beginning in early 2019 and into the spring.
