With prices of a two-storey home up nearly 25 per cent to $987,938 in the second quarter of 2017, a million-dollar listing is nothing new for GTA residents. The following Toronto homes, however, exceed the city's average home price by the millions.
These homes offer the best of the best and are located in Toronto's most affluent neighbourhoods – from the esteemed Bridle Path neighbourhood (a.k.a "Millionaire's Row") to the upscale Yorkville area (nicknamed "The Mink Mile").
