If you’re looking for a close-knit community within the big city, Heritage Towns on the Trail is the perfect place for you to call home. Heritage Towns is the newest addition to the Junction Triangle from The Brownstone Group of Companies. Located at Perth and Ernest avenues, it will form an intimate community consisting of 79 traditional townhomes.

The homes’ planned architecture is reminiscent of the industrial history of the area – authentic with a neighbourhood feel. Once upon a time, this area of Toronto was a factory hub with businesses positioned along the railway lines. Today, the area is an eclectic mix of beautiful homes and shops.

The Junction Triangle is home to eateries, bars and mom-and-pop shops, which is part of what makes the neighbourhood special. Enjoy tapas and a cold beer on a patio, exotic barbecue dishes or traditional fare from the old country all within walking distance. The area has plenty of shops that boast their own unique character. Nothing about this neighbourhood is ordinary.

Heritage Towns on the Trail is also ideally situated within the city of Toronto. Not only are there endless options of restaurants, coffee shops, markets and boutiques within the Junction Triangle, but proximity to transit means that you really are at the centre of everything. GO Transit, the Union Pearson Express and Dundas West subway station are all steps away. You can be downtown or at the airport in just minutes.

Cyclists, walkers and runners will appreciate how close the West Toronto Railpath is to their front door. It currently stretches from Cariboo to Sterling avenues and Dundas Street West, with plans to extend south to Liberty Village and to ultimately connect other west end neighbourhoods like Parkdale, Roncesvalles, High Park and Brockton.

The neighbourhood isn’t the only reason to love Heritage Towns on the Trail. The homes themselves will have rich brick exteriors and majestic windows, as well as period-style front door canopies and coach lighting. Each home will feature three bedrooms and an expansive private rooftop terrace – an oasis where you can entertain, have dinner or simply enjoy a cocktail. Each terrace also comes with a gas barbecue connection and water bib for your outdoor garden.

The homes’ standard finishes will include quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, integrated Jenn-Air kitchen appliances, euro-style stainless steel sinks, hardwood flooring with nine-ft. ceilings and 10 pot lights on the main level.

The classic layout has the living/dining area, kitchen and powder room on the main level, with the master retreat and stackable washer/dryer and laundry tub on the second level. There are two additional bedrooms plus a four-piece bathroom on the third. The fourth level is an open area and exits onto the rooftop sundeck.

With more than 45 years of experience as one of Toronto’s leading real estate developers, The Brownstone Group of Companies is proud to have built more than 4,000 residential units in the GTA. Over the last 10 years, The Brownstone Group has helped to transform the Junction Triangle from industrial land to a vibrant community with their various projects. Heritage Towns on the Trail perfectly showcases the quality homes they are proud to build.

With more than 50 per cent of the homes already sold, potential residents will be happy to know Symington, Perth, Paton and Campbell units are still available… but won’t be for long. Homes range from 1,466 to 1,654 sq. ft., include one underground parking spot and locker, and start from the high $700s.
