“Features and finishes have been a key consideration in the design,” says Blankenstein. “We wanted to offer areas that would be both desirable to our residents and complementary to their interests and lifestyles. Of course, while we were obsessive about the amenity program, in this location, the area might be the most desirable amenity of them all.”

Highlighted by a large open central courtyard with reflective pond that will convert into an ice skating area in the winter, right in the heart of the Tricycle community, residents have access to unparalleled transit connectivity (including the proposed LRT route) and convenient access to the city’s main highways and major arterial roads.
