On Saturday, July 13, Ballymore Homes celebrated the grand opening of two spectacular new model homes at The Villages of Killarney Beach in Innisfil.

Innisfil Mayor Lynn Dollin did the honours, officially cutting the red ribbon, and she was joined by members of the Ballymore Homes team and special guest of honour, John Brassard, MP for Barrie—Innisfil.

In attendance were dozens of existing owners from the community, including recent purchasers looking forward to the completion of their new home, and numerous house hunters discovering Killarney Beach for the first time. All were treated to a tasty free lunch at a food truck arranged by Ballymore.

The two new model homes provide an excellent example of both the product range and superior craftsmanship offered by Ballymore. The Riviera model measures 3,343 sq. ft. while The Laguna is 3,079 sq. ft., with interior photos of both models available to view on the Ballymore Homes website at ballymorehomes.com/communities/killarney-beach/interiors.html.

A wide selection of fully detached homes on 40- and 50-ft. lots is available in the community, each appointed with a long list of luxury features and finishes.

Located just a short stroll from the shores of Lake Simcoe, the Village of Killarney Beach offers the perfect setting for upscale family living by blending small-town charm with easy access to big-city amenities. Hwy. 400 is right at the community’s doorstep, and it is just a short drive to the GO stop at Hwy. 11, with links to the Bradford train station.

Since 1995, the principals of Ballymore Homes have concentrated their construction and business expertise in the Ontario housing market with one goal in mind: To design and build quality homes for their homeowners. The company has always treated its customers as No. 1, with a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship that has earned the trust of thousands of satisfied homeowners from across and beyond the Greater Toronto Area.
