An award-winning, Vancouver-based real estate developer, PCI Developments has been changing the face of Metro Vancouver’s urban neighbourhoods for more than 35 years. Their vibrant, master-planned communities are defined by engaging contemporary architecture, highly functional living spaces, outstanding amenities and a distinctly 21st Century outlook on increasing environmentally-friendly transportation alternatives.

They have developed more than six million sq. ft. of real estate, establishing some of Metro Vancouver’s most prominent urban landmarks, and every team member is committed to creating sustainable, mixed-use communities where people truly can live, work, shop and play.

The company’s list of accolades is a lengthy one and includes recognition at local, provincial, national and international levels. Most recently, PCI’s iconic Marine Gateway community was awarded the prestigious Urban Land Institute’s Global Award for Excellence — an honour that brings world-wide recognition to the already much lauded and loved development.

Located at Marine Drive and Cambie Street in Vancouver, Marine Gateway is more than just close to transit, transit is integrated into the very fabric of the design. Expanding on the success of Crossroads, its predecessor to the north at Broadway and Cambie, this multi-phase project brought new employment opportunities, recreation, shopping and a diverse array of dining and services to a previously under-serviced area. The result is dynamic, diverse and vibrant, attracting buyers of all demographics – from first-time homeowners to downsizers to investors.

Re-Imagining Surrey City Centre

Today, PCI is bringing their expertise to Surrey City Centre. Located adjacent to the Expo Line’s King George Station and two proposed future rapid transit lines, the first tower at King George Hub sold an astonishing 434 homes within 10 days — 98 per cent of those buyers were already local residents.

Tower 2 started selling shortly after and with the incredible demand, the 302 homes have sold rapidly as well.

Team First

There’s no question PCI’s team-first approach works, and the corporate website sums it up. “We have endured more than 35 years in a competitive changing market place. Our corporate culture is to be adaptive, flexible and work collaboratively in a team environment… and that requires exceptional people. We are proud of our team. They are a diverse group with varied backgrounds, skills and education. Our success is the result of the collaboration of our whole team.”
