Capital Developments is a leading residential developer founded in 2007 by Todd Cowan and Jordan Dermer. Todd and Jordan, through Capital Developments, and their previous company, TriGranit, have delivered nearly 12 million square feet of commercial and residential space. Recent completions in Toronto include Azura Condominiums, 155 Redpath, and 150 Redpath. Capital Developments has an 3.6 million square-foot development pipeline, including 1.8 million square feet as a master-planned community at Bloor and Dufferin and a 1.4 million SF community at Yonge and St. Clair, for which it is Development Manager.
