Coco Group was founded in 1964, establishing itself as one of Canada’s largest road-building construction companies. In 2022, the Coco family fully transitioned its core business into a family investment office. The focus today is on opportunistic real estate investments and strategies across asset classes and capital stack in gateway markets within Canada and USA. We have no outside clients, nor do we accept external capital. Coco Group seeks to acquire operating businesses across diverse sectors.
