DESIGN With every new community, we meet with our architect firm to determine the best designs possible for the area. We could just copy designs from past sites, but that’s not us. We ensure designs fit the community and you. By using a mix of materials, such as brick, stone, and maintenance free cladding, we are able to create wonderful designs that stand the test of time. Floor plans are scrutinised and reviewed until we are happy with the layout. Open concepts, whenever possible, and 9’ main floor ceilings are always a must and if you are looking for something a little more custom, we’re always open to changes.
