Ray was a humble business man that knew honesty and hard work were keys to success to customer loyalty. A man who could do business with a hand shake and sense the trust. Ray grew feeling the pride of success and the turmoil of life's changes and never forgot where he came from. Ray's father, Charles Holland was also highly involved in the building industry including materials, financing and land development. Ray's son Dave Holland followed in his fathers footsteps, and now Ryan Holland is the fourth generation to continue in the building industry.
