Oxford Developments was founded in the 1980s as Oxford Homes, a company engaged in both land development and new home construction for many years. Family owned and operated, Oxford Homes has created beautiful communities in Caledon, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, and elsewhere across the Greater Toronto Area. Growing from those visionary beginnings, today Oxford Developments has expanded the land development aspect of the business, to now include commercial, as well as low-rise and mid-rise residential. Today, our land development portfolio is so extensive that we partner with topnotch builders to construct these communities to match our high standards.
