The Company has key business segments in real estate: Development of Destination Communities and Hotels and Resorts. From a relatively humble beginning, Skyline has grown rapidly and has become a significant and recognized player in the Toronto, Quebec and central Canada real estate markets. Over time, Skyline has pursued a deliberate strategy of diversification into larger scale real estate projects and in so doing, has attracted investment capital which, in combination with Skyline’s own equity resources, has allowed it to acquire over two million square feet of real estate.
